The Sensory Room

Tools for rest, grounding, breath, sound, and low-effort nervous system reset.

Pick a room

Calm Room

Use this when your body feels switched on but you are trying to come down gently.

Two minute reset

Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your eyes rest somewhere soft.

Focus Room

For light admin, reading, planning, or keeping yourself company without adding extra stimulation.

Drift Room

For when boredom is loud but effort is expensive.

Ground Room

For flares, overwhelm, shutdown, or that strange floaty feeling where your body needs fewer tabs open.

Body check

Feet. Hands. Jaw. Shoulders. Breath. No fixing required.

Binaural Beats

Binaural beats use slightly different tones in each ear to create the perception of a third rhythm. Some people use them for meditation, relaxation, focus, or sleep. Treat them as an optional sensory tool, not a treatment.

Headphones are needed. Keep the volume low and stop if they feel unpleasant, disorienting, or overstimulating.

Note: Avoid using binaural beats while driving or doing anything that needs full attention. If you have seizures, serious dizziness, or sound sensitivity, be extra cautious and check with a suitable professional if unsure.

Guided Meditations

Short guided practices for moments when silence is too much but effort is too expensive.
